Simply follow the below easy steps :

Step 1: Go your Your facebook Profile.
Step 2: Now from the chat settings tab click on the Options icon as above.

Step 3: Now click on Advanced Settings from Options.

Step 4: Now select Only some friends see you... and then enter the name of the friends you would like to chat in the box.

 Step 5: Click on Save button and you are done.
