Facebook location based Page Tips

Recently Facebook is adding a new location based feature that will tell where you are to the person you are communicating with. We love the new feature that comes with Facebook mobile app "place tips". This is just as simple that you are going to show your friends from where you are contacting with them.<br /> <br /> Now with the new Place Tips it will also show your like place's Facebook page posts, upcoming events and popular menu items.<br /> <br /> <b><span style="font-size: large;">How the feature works exactly ?</span></b><br /> The Facebook place tips usually use the cellular network(You sim company network), Wi-Fi location and GPS to grab your exact location. It is not just that everyone will see wherever you are which means your entire friends list are not allowed to see.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEie_3Z-AkRUJ_pNZlcjcE0tjsYfzIBiRY7U3TTYaz3NdEs6cnXY3-Ulu3XDtn8atrFIaALRsiKYIQDBxkNgFDRUH9f-WTRMVmrLjGkAaowG5y1EgB4WyZBbyyLhtNIYC4jn6cHylhpD6xA/s1600/facebook-place-tips.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Facebook Location Place Tips" border="0" height="299" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEie_3Z-AkRUJ_pNZlcjcE0tjsYfzIBiRY7U3TTYaz3NdEs6cnXY3-Ulu3XDtn8atrFIaALRsiKYIQDBxkNgFDRUH9f-WTRMVmrLjGkAaowG5y1EgB4WyZBbyyLhtNIYC4jn6cHylhpD6xA/s1600/facebook-place-tips.jpg" title="Facebook Location Place Tips" width="320" /></a></div> <br /> <br /> <span style="font-size: large;"><b>Is there any way to turn it off?</b></span><br /> When something is added on Facebook, the developers keep that mind there might be dis-advances too that users will not feel good about. So, they keep the option that you can simply turn off the location place tips manually<br /> <br /> The giant social network is also testing a new Facebook Bluetooth beacons, a simple device that sends a signal to users mobile to help them get the exact right tips for the right place, making place tips more accurate and relevant.<br /> <br /> Currently, This new feature is only avail for Facebook iPhone users. But sooner Facebook will open this new feature for rest of the worlds android devices.

Reshare Like Retweet button on Facebook

All we all know that Facebook has already introduced its new paper look news feed to latest mobile app,  Now they are launching a new button just similar to retweet of Twitter. Now from all your news feed post, you can tap an arrow symbol to bring up a share dialog box and then you can simply Reshare the post with your friends and followers. Well this works just like twitter's retweet sharing a post again. Many of you should think why not dislike button ?<br /> <br /> Reshare is just like share on your own Timeline option on Facebook website and the Share Now option in Facebook mobile apps, but it is markedly different because its one-tap simplicity and its use of the familiar Retweet symbol. Share on your own Timeline, as you can see it Facebook ask you to write a comment before sharing a post you have found, while tapping Reshare is as simple as tapping Retweet on Twitter. Perhaps with more literal name and symbol alongsize it, that is for sure more people will going to engage in this new feature, as Facebook is betting.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEitq3dts_koIdGGbMUDih4s85rcqRdbj6yxAAnlr35zg7eiu1n4pazGyy7SXueTyF-UhUtXj-Uf__cBfgHsYG-DZsOEzy_pwhusO7ua-do3wQm2EF9TXLOs68VdbMcPbqW9oStAKA3ljoE/s1600/facebook-reshare.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Facebook Reshare Button" border="0" height="160" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEitq3dts_koIdGGbMUDih4s85rcqRdbj6yxAAnlr35zg7eiu1n4pazGyy7SXueTyF-UhUtXj-Uf__cBfgHsYG-DZsOEzy_pwhusO7ua-do3wQm2EF9TXLOs68VdbMcPbqW9oStAKA3ljoE/s1600/facebook-reshare.jpg" title="Facebook Reshare Button" width="320" /></a></div> <br /> This is the first time that Facebook has cloned a feature from Twitter, which means a feature that Twitter already have, as we have seen in the recent features like hashtags and Trending Topics, mentions to link to friends profile and more features similar with sharing stuffs. Facebook didn't offically launch the retweet button yet so we can not show any screenshot right now, but we can ensure you that the feature is going to be added on Facebook mobile app with in next Monday when the app launches for continued coverage. Facebook has also confirmed that currently they are going to launch the retweet button for mobile apps only, so all other platform users (Desktop users) will need to wait until their next announcement.

A Privacy Setting Removed From Facebook

As because of a huge audiences in Facebook, they are currently fixing all the bugs and privacy settings for its users. Recently, Facebook has removed a critical privacy settings from the accounts of a small percentage of people. From now there will be no way to prevent your Timeline from coming up when people searches for you by your name. That's not all.<br /><br />The new setting will allow people to control whether their name would appear when other people typed it into the search box. For example, if Johnny Depp set its privacy settings to "Only Me" (as opposed to friends of friends for instance) his profile would not appear when other people search for "Johnny Depp" (although other Johnny Depp might).<br /><br />Now the problem was that even the searching didn't work to find out the person, people culd still find that person by clicking on any post or picture in which Johnny Depp was named or tagged, or even just typing URL: facebook.com/Johnnydepp into the address bar, and there they were, at Johnny Depp's Timeline.Of course, if Johnny had set all his other who-can-view settings to "Only Me" as well, all a random visitor would see is a profile picture rather then that there will be nothing else like about me or any other profile information. Only the post set up as Public will be shown.<br /><br />As because of the settings wasn't that useful that people still could find out the people they wanted so their Timeline was not a secret, and often just prevented friends from quickly searching for each other. Facebook has removed that option last year, at least for anyone who was not using it. In fact, they said it was eliminated for all but a "small percentage" of users long ago, but Thursday's announcement finally marks only the removal for those last holdouts. They will get a warning soon as like one shown above, and the setting won't be removed until they click on "Okay, I understand" button on Facebook settings.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGtDuuextDT7jhiYZOx7rugmfEs6iCbY_U-yWz8KEUly2LKsd5aj-eeur0P1DFBjH-TUApL4kUvW9ao2-g3P51ADBjkLc4vtb_WK20oASUPkVDoXegfjoUv35Lf-OcDSiQfI9Ct3iENCg/s1600/Facebook-privacy-risk.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="235" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGtDuuextDT7jhiYZOx7rugmfEs6iCbY_U-yWz8KEUly2LKsd5aj-eeur0P1DFBjH-TUApL4kUvW9ao2-g3P51ADBjkLc4vtb_WK20oASUPkVDoXegfjoUv35Lf-OcDSiQfI9Ct3iENCg/s320/Facebook-privacy-risk.png" width="320" /></a></div> <br /><br />So, is your privacy at risk ? No more than it was yesterday, if someone really wants to find you out over Facebook, there is actually a lot of ways to find out.including unconcerned friends posting pictures publicly in which you are tagged, for one thing, or just having their friend list available for all to see — on which you might be listed.<br /><br />For best use of privacy settings all you can do is just go to your Privacy settings in Facebook and there are dozens of settings that you can set for your Timeline privacy. People still could find out you somehow but if you disable all the option they can only able to see your Profile Picture, Cover and nothing more then that.

Well, now the question will Facebook is going to launch a new cellphone brand?<br /> <br /> Mark Juckerberg founder of Facebook has said that developing a Facebook phone would be the wrong strategy for their company. So, he has decided that Facebook will not produce a mobile phone. As there seems to be a rumor going on that Facebook was building its own phone Mark Zuckerberg has denies that there will be a Facebook Phone at ta conference in San Francisco.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"> <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxdTBIrPJX1uooQHk_82tevqlCkjWbM9HiMZ17pgKsJp3ieXMWNo_ql_CleKbtEQvhu8f2s34PWCLMJyQppPGJ-SMuiuaPsZ9q99ke3hiwNOryfRLTTBTYNNSAWz7miyAQw7fVbw5glpI/s1600/facebook-phone.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="293" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxdTBIrPJX1uooQHk_82tevqlCkjWbM9HiMZ17pgKsJp3ieXMWNo_ql_CleKbtEQvhu8f2s34PWCLMJyQppPGJ-SMuiuaPsZ9q99ke3hiwNOryfRLTTBTYNNSAWz7miyAQw7fVbw5glpI/s320/facebook-phone.jpg" width="320" /></a></div> <br /> <br /> There had been intense speculation that Facebook was planning to release a phone as early as next year but as Zuckerberg speaks out and said that building a Facebook mobile would not attract a considerable enough number of users to make the venture worthwhile.<br /> <br /> <br /> Ben Evans an analyst with enders said "I think brand specific hardware is a terrible idea. Amazon is producing a completely integrated service that would do everything that a certain type of person might want from a tablet.Facebook doesn't do that. It is only ever going to be just one thing on a phone and it would be one of 50 android phones on the market. It would be much more difficult then some people think. It is a major logistical and technical undertaking" <br /> <br /> He also added  "They have fundamental strategic challenges in mobile and developing their own phones doesn't really solve any of those. They have a challenge around what is the right Facebook experience, a challenge about what is the right model and a challenge around how they integrate Facebook with other apps." <br /> <br /> But yet Mark did, however, promote the importance of mobile in Facebook strategy.Investors have been concerned in Facebook's ability to make money from its mobile users. The company generates money from its desktop version by advertising on the right hand side of the site.<br /> <br /> Zuckerberg said that users of Facebook's new iOS app are reading twice as many feed stories as before, suggesting a future boom in advertising revenue.<br /> <br /> Zuckerberg said that the company's mistake was relying too heavily on HTML5 for its app rather than using native apps.<br /> <br /> The new iOS app will chase this, and thee is speculation that the new operating system will be found on Apple's iPhone 5, launching later today.<br /> <br /> He also said that native Android app is the third prong of its mobile strategy after iOS and mobile web, and users can expect one before too long.

Want button plugin on Facebook

Facebook is going to bring a new button <b>Want</b> similar to its current feature called <b>Like</b>.This new Want button is still on testing period.Facebook developer <b>Tom Waddington</b> has discovered that a Want button has been added to the Facebook Javascript SDK as an XFBML tag - <fb:want>. Currently this button is not publicly launched as it is still on testing period. It will only work on Open Graph objects marked as products.<br /> <br /> From Open Graph all developers will able to create their own want button with their own actions, but users have to authorize a third-party app in order for those buttons to generate stories on Timeline and News Feed. If the Want button plugin works similarly to the Like button, users will not have to go through the step of authorizing an app. This means even more users will be likely to click it.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3bz5KmWu1CYZb6Cgk-HT0tH5wOybEPYNHETJp-r1GpQISP7LV2MssR8RMtVF0MqCvnSt0ch6CQ4UwSJEhTYHUFinndYj8J84U7GJcAeMDOPm3dOL8XbJF15LklO6TfuIuxnp6Tvb51pI/s1600/facebook-want-button.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3bz5KmWu1CYZb6Cgk-HT0tH5wOybEPYNHETJp-r1GpQISP7LV2MssR8RMtVF0MqCvnSt0ch6CQ4UwSJEhTYHUFinndYj8J84U7GJcAeMDOPm3dOL8XbJF15LklO6TfuIuxnp6Tvb51pI/s1600/facebook-want-button.jpg" /></a></div><br /> <br /> Just as the Like button allowed Facebook to collect massive amounts of data about users’ interests, the Want button could be a key way for the social network to collect desire-based data. A Want button plugin will make it easy for e-commerce and other sites to implement this type of Facebook functionality without having to build their own apps. Many of these sites are already using the Like button, but Liking a product could mean users already have it or that they are interested in getting it. Being able to distinguish between these groups of people and target ads to either one could be very powerful for advertisers and help make Facebook a stronger competitor to Google AdWords.<br /> <br /> Although publishing “Want” actions is currently disabled by Facebook, Waddington was able to implement a version of the button on his own site. Clicking the Want button returns an error for now.<br /> <br /> We are waiting from Facebook to launch this new cool feature publicly. <br /> <br /> What do you think about want button ?

Now a days Facebook seems to be very aggressive in their business. A few months ago Facebook has announced that they are planing to acquire photo app company named : Instagram for $1 billion, now they have released a new iOS app that almost looks and functions are identically to Instagram'. You can simply download the iOS app and see your self if you have already used Instagram.<br /> <br /> Facebook has also released Facebook camera which is available in the <a href="http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/facebook-camera/id525898024?ls=1&mt=8">App Store</a> for free. Facebook Camera app let you take and upload multiple photos including all other features as explained above. sincerely improves upon the photo capabilities offered by Facebook’s primary app for iPhone and iPod touch devices.<br /> <br /> If you have already used the older version of Facebook in your iPad or iPhone then you will see a big difference in this new version. Well, in the previews version you had option to upload only one photo at a time. But in the new version which is similar to Instagram. Well not only that now you will able to see all your friends latest photos in a single scrolling feed. You can also now simultaneously upload multiple photos to your Facebook albums. Also just like the Instagram app, this new Facebook app allows you to crop pictures, rotate pictures and also apply filter to your photos.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-EEj3yKVSrEbCosvOPsRmdOPdOJpoxqgqH_9d3AoZ2EqmrKRd4pjvR3duZbuv6jiVwPUDaIKnnLlscmfv1qGEY9cAF1Us08r9vInEOg_9ojteA-TvrNISOXy8Ci_wQUA3yFEQ8qmkRPw/s1600/facebook-camera1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="232" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg-EEj3yKVSrEbCosvOPsRmdOPdOJpoxqgqH_9d3AoZ2EqmrKRd4pjvR3duZbuv6jiVwPUDaIKnnLlscmfv1qGEY9cAF1Us08r9vInEOg_9ojteA-TvrNISOXy8Ci_wQUA3yFEQ8qmkRPw/s320/facebook-camera1.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>Interestingly, none of the app’s 15 filters were developed by the Instagram team, Facebook product manager Dirk Stoop told <a href="http://bits.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/05/24/facebook-releases-a-photocentric-app-for-apple-devices/">The New York Times</a>. The app, the Times suggests, has been in development for much longer.<br /> <br /> Facebook camera app is the second mobile app dedicated to one of Facebook's key features. the first one was the dedicated messaging app by Facebook which was released last April. I think Facebook really improving the mobile apps so that Facebook's mobile users will feel more comfortable while using Facebook in mobile phones. Facebook simply has too many features and tools to bundle into a single mobile app. Well It’s likely more such apps will be released this year. In an address to 200 investors leading up to Facebook’s IPO earlier this month, CEO Mark Zuckerberg said that mobile is Facebook’s number-one priority.<br /> <br /> Now you stay with us to get more updates about Facebook.<br /> <br /> Share it with your friends.

Pay to highlight an important post , status update in Facebook

Do you think everything that you post were seen by all your friends. Well if you are thinking every time that you post a status update all your friends can see it on the top. Well, then you will be very surprised to know that only a few of your friends will able to see your status updates, and the percentage is only 12. Now Facebook is going to introduce you to a new <b>"Highlight"</b> feature which you can use to show your status updates to more friends. Now the important fact is this new feature is not free, as we all know all of the Facebook features that we use are free of cost. But this time if you would like to use "Highlight status updates" feature then you will have to pay a few dollars. But, that can also be any of your post. It can be your status, photo, share, notes, links and others as well. On the other hand this new feature is only applicable for users not for any Facebook pages. So, now what you will get if you spend some few dollars for your posts, well then this new feature by Facebook is that your friends would see the status update in the top of your news feed as the first position whenever they logged in to Facebook. Not only that as it is featured post that means it will be colored or made look different then other posts. Currently, Facebook is running a testing mode for this new Highlight feature is now in its beta version. So, only few users will able to test it and know whether people are liking this feature or not.<br /> <span style="font-size: large;"><b>How much i will have to pay to use highlight an important post </b></span><br /> <br /> <b>Current Facebook Important Updates or highlight featured posts cost</b>:<br /> Price: $2.00<br /> <br /> <br /> We have collected a screen shot which will show you how this feature would looks like when it will be available for you and everyone else. All you need to do is that you have to pay a small amount of money to Facebook and then all of your friends will see your update on top of their news feed as a featured item.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHh_Vz6kgxlH20j5zsYeNRUd9xw81tnwmQin3lSvqSFvdJYTt-e-PArstbbWN0VB5WJCp71Nm_jnfmLH6RTyZdL6eu-DFbOsg1vdwFxGm_XI2AF9Mub1nndvElZ_PlZL8_EmsjQBu5neU/s1600/highlight-an-important-post-facebook.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="181" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHh_Vz6kgxlH20j5zsYeNRUd9xw81tnwmQin3lSvqSFvdJYTt-e-PArstbbWN0VB5WJCp71Nm_jnfmLH6RTyZdL6eu-DFbOsg1vdwFxGm_XI2AF9Mub1nndvElZ_PlZL8_EmsjQBu5neU/s320/highlight-an-important-post-facebook.jpg" width="320" /></a></div> This new feature simply proves that now Facebook is trying be more aggressive to make more money for its investors to get delighted. It might be a caused by Facebook IPO. Well, now that can lead to a bad impressions on the users as Facebook has always made simple statement that they will remain FREE for all its users forever and everyone is equal for them. Now this is some kind of pay-for-popularity feature could be a huge turn off. This might also affect Facebook current popularity and also harm users that lot of users will try to pay using illegal ways. Also, for those who will not able to pay will think them self that their updates will be no longer important. Facebook should know updates are not like search engine results. Almost all users do not use there credit cards or PayPal accounts on Facebook but we can consider this as a forceful action of Facebook to earn. This feature would also lead to insecurity in the minds of users because many scams  applications will copy this way and try to get the credit card details of the people.<br /> <br /> <b>Official Statement Of Facebook About Highlight An Important Post Feature:</b><br /> <em>“We’re constantly testing new features across the site. This particular test is simply to gauge people’s interest in this method of sharing with their friends.”</em><br /> <br /> The problem is the potential for Highlighted updates to reduce the general relevance of the news feed. Facebook’s news feed sorting algorithm is designed to show you posts by your closest friends or that have received a lot of Likes and comments. H<em>ighlight distorts this, and will encourage news feed spamming club promoters, musicians, small businesses, or anyone else with something to gain from more clicks.</em><br /> <br /> <em><b>Now the question is will that affect you or any of your friends ? let us know thought comments.</b> </em><em> </em><b> </b>

facebook social games and mobile apps 2012

Well now Facebook has talked about roadmap for social network games and as well as mobile apps for rest of year at the Inside Social Apps 2012 conference on Wednesday in San Francisco U.S.A well i guess that is a great news for all mobile app developers.<br /> <br /> Well if you are thinking about creating an app for Facebook's Open Graph then mobile space presents a great opportunity to create cross-platform social games - said Carl Sjogreen Director of Product Management at Facebook, who spoke in the conference center filled with IT insiders about Facebook projections for the mobile social gaming and app development space for this year.<br /> <br /> “You sort of had to have a PhD in Facebook to build an app on Facebook,” he said. Now, with the new Open Graph he said they want to encourage people to create cross-platform social apps.<br /> <br /> “If you are building a social application….it’s really important to think about cross-platform,” he said. <br /> <br /> Well if you are thinking that social app are similar as like iOS or Android app, like if you have an app that doesn't allow you to play with friends who have different devices, that problems trumps any visual features lost by creating a cross-platform device. Social applications need to be inherently cross-platform.<br /> <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjCu-vH2_9IxiOvHOfDJs_ch6pUrcJMZIoaB0NGFZQ5zGPfNj-mOKy8TOEE6dlmbIJ5UQoNi4wY71-5lnTFq3RauPHz2eorBcgWQXnO0w2reUvS12Q6ySYRhM32ICvG-0eV-CXARwGa4w/s1600/facebook-mobile.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjCu-vH2_9IxiOvHOfDJs_ch6pUrcJMZIoaB0NGFZQ5zGPfNj-mOKy8TOEE6dlmbIJ5UQoNi4wY71-5lnTFq3RauPHz2eorBcgWQXnO0w2reUvS12Q6ySYRhM32ICvG-0eV-CXARwGa4w/s1600/facebook-mobile.jpg" /></a></div><br /> We should first think about what our users want from us, well he said, that is the dynamic Facebook timeline that tells their Facebook story, whether that means they are sharing the games they play, vacation photos or their favorite recipes.<br /> <br /> “For the platform to be complete, we need to have all of that,” he said. “We have millions of people playing games on Facebook every day and that’s an important part of their experience.”<br /> <br /> The moderator, AJ Glasser of InsideNetwork, asked Sjogreen about Facebook’s vision for how the API should work 12 months from now. Sjogreen said he’d like to create a better experience with games on the Open Graph, without interruptions and many opportunities to share.<br /> <br /> “I think the potential for games is really huge,” he said. “We want to help every user find an app that makes sense for them.”<br /> <br /> Pinterest has been one of the most successful apps recently launched through timeline integration.<br /> <br /> Facebook's mobile web platform launched a late last year. This allowed users to access apps integrated with Facebook while on their mobile devices, in addition to desktop computers.<br /> <br /> “It took all applications that made the web platform so appealing and made them available on mobile,” Sjogreen said.<br /> <br /> More than half of Facebook users access the site on their mobile devices. There are already 60 million people who engage with mobile apps on Facebook. <br /> <br /> Would you like Facebook to be a one-stop-shop for what everyone is doing on the web? Are you an app developer creating a mobile app for Facebook’s Open Graph? What are your thoughts on this? What do you think about Facebook’s plans for the future of social gaming and mobile? But all it takes is one listen to the 15 year-old soul-singing phenomenon to realize that he is light years ahead of his manufactured pop peers. <br /> <br /> After posting dozens of homemade videos on YouTube in 2007, where the multi-talented Bieber put his impeccable spin on songs from artists like Usher, Ne-Yo and Stevie Wonder, </span> <span style="font-size: small;"><span class="text_exposed_show">Justin racked up over 10,000,000 views purely from word of mouth. <br /> <br /> “I started singing about three years ago,” says the Canadian native who grew up an only child in Stratford, Ontario. “I entered a local singing competition called Stratford Idol. The other people in the competition had been taking singing lessons and had vocal coaches. I wasn’t taking it too seriously at the time, I would just sing around the house. I was only 12 and I got second place.”<br /> <br /> In an effort to share his victory with his loved ones, Justin began posting his performance footage online. “I put my singing videos from the competition on YouTube so that my friends and family could watch them,” he says. “But it turned out that other people liked them and they started subscribing to them. That’s how my manager found me. He saw me on YouTube and contacted my family and now I’m signed!”<br /> <br /> Seven months after Justin started posting his videos online, former So So Def marketing executive Scooter Braun flew the then 13-year old singer to Atlanta, GA to meet with his elite colleagues. As if Justin’s natural singing talent wasn’t enough to impress Scooter’s inner circle, Braun knew Bieber was also a self-taught musician who plays the drums, guitar, piano and trumpet.<br /> <br /> “Right when we flew into Atlanta, Scooter drove us to the studio and Usher was there in the parking lot,” remembers Bieber. “That was my first time ever being out of Canada so I went up to him and was like, ‘Hey Usher, I love your songs, do you want me to sing you one?’ He was like, ‘No little buddy, just come inside, it’s cold out.’” <br /> <br /> All it took was a short time online for Usher to realize he was in the company of a future superstar. “A week later Usher flew me back to Atlanta,” says Bieber. “I sang for him and his people and he really wanted to sign me then and there but I still had a meeting with Justin Timberlake who also wanted to sign me. It turned out Usher’s deal was way better. He had L.A. Reid backing him up and Scooter has alot of connections and is really smart. I always tease Usher now and remind him he how he blew me off the first time we met.”<br /> <br /> In October of 2008, Justin Bieber officially signed to a joint venture between Usher and Scooter Braun's new label RBMG and Island Records. His debut album, My World is an intimate look into the mind of a budding young renaissance man. With production from star hit men like The Dream and Tricky Stewart who produced “Umbrella” for Rihanna and Beyonce’s latest smash, “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It),” Justin has everything he needs to achieve pop supremacy. <br /> <br /> His first single, “One Time” produced by Tricky, is about one of Justin’s favorite topics, puppy love. Usher joins Justin on “First Dance” where the two share verses on a song that Bieber describes as, “A slow groovy song that people can dance to.” On the Midi-Mafia produced “Down to Earth” Justin digs deep to talk about growing up. “Bigger” finds the teenaged singer maturing at a steady rate, while motivating his listeners to strive for their goals.<br /> <br /> “I’m looking forward to influencing others in a positive way,” says Justin. “My message is you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. I grew up below the poverty line; I didn’t have as much as other people did. I think it made me stronger as a person it built my character. Now I have a 4.0 grade point average and I want to go to college and just become a better person.” <br /> <br /> A virtually untapped well of natural artistic talent, Justin Bieber is primed to be a solid force in music for many years to come. “I think older people can appreciate my music because I really show my heart when I sing, and it’s not corny,” he says. “I think I can grow as an artist and my fans will grow with me.” And just think, he’s just getting started.</span></span></h1><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUYu_pH3EPEtadWe0Ib3eXvNZfvDPERYSdGyoMier6saJV9t-Ome0ujmpMkQ59zFQvljhBx-bUsQvJcFFTv8YNVK0tFsZ1ajpBBf5idm34UncPmb2SEJgdDv0Ug2cjImGhXZ5mBKv6Izd0/s1600/justin-bieber-facebook-fan-page.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUYu_pH3EPEtadWe0Ib3eXvNZfvDPERYSdGyoMier6saJV9t-Ome0ujmpMkQ59zFQvljhBx-bUsQvJcFFTv8YNVK0tFsZ1ajpBBf5idm34UncPmb2SEJgdDv0Ug2cjImGhXZ5mBKv6Izd0/s1600/justin-bieber-facebook-fan-page.jpg" /></a></div><h1 style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span class="text_exposed_show"> </span></span></h1><h1 style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br /> </span></h1><h1>Facebook Most Popular Pages</h1><table><tbody> <tr> <th>Name</th> <th>Fans</th> <th>Interactions</th> </tr> </tbody> <tbody> <tr> <td>1. <strong>Jesus Daily</strong></td> <td width="25%">10,793,374</td> <td width="25%">4,654,504</td> </tr> <tr> <td>2. <strong>Dios Es Bueno</strong></td> <td>4,924,265</td> <td>2,072,875</td> </tr> <tr> <td>3. <strong>Justin Bieber</strong></td> <td><span class="uiNumberGiant fsxxl fwb">38,986,087</span></td> <td>1,317,489</td> </tr> <tr> <td>4. <strong>The Bible</strong></td> <td>8,416,471</td> <td>1,282,479</td> </tr> <tr> <td>5. <strong>Mario Teguh</strong></td> <td>5,289,072</td> <td>1,217,350</td> </tr> <tr> <td>6. <strong>Manchester United</strong></td> <td>21,148,832</td> <td>842,522</td> </tr> <tr> <td>7. <strong>Real Madrid C.F.</strong></td> <td>22,942,488</td> <td>739,642</td> </tr> <tr> <td>8. <strong>Joyce Meyer Ministries</strong></td> <td>1,766,845</td> <td>715,242</td> </tr> <tr> <td>9. <strong>Terima Kasih Ibu</strong></td> <td>2,889,659</td> <td>648,017</td> </tr> <tr> <td>10. <strong>ILoveAllaah.com</strong></td> <td>6,680,346</td> <td>641,240</td> </tr> <tr> <td>11. <strong>Renuevo de Plenitud</strong></td> <td>2,867,693</td> <td>580,105</td> </tr> <tr> <td>12. <strong>Werevertumorro</strong></td> <td>3,108,986</td> <td>577,805</td> </tr> <tr> <td>13. <strong>Jesus Christ</strong></td> <td>3,362,080</td> <td>564,859</td> </tr> <tr> <td>14. <strong>Kevin Hart</strong></td> <td>4,240,804</td> <td>558,561</td> </tr> <tr> <td>15. <strong>“Pretty Little Liars”</strong></td> <td>3,422,159</td> <td>498,527</td> </tr> <tr> <td>16. <strong>“MTV Roadies”</strong></td> <td>3,441,267</td> <td>502,757</td> </tr> <tr> <td>17. <strong>Im a Muslim & Im Proud</strong></td> <td>6,684,721</td> <td>478,410</td> </tr> <tr> <td>18. <strong>Luciano Huck</strong></td> <td>4,772,476</td> <td>434,324</td> </tr> <tr> <td>19. <strong>We Are All Khaled Said</strong></td> <td>1,830,154</td> <td>395,678</td> </tr> <tr> <td>20. <strong>Texas Hold’em Poker</strong></td> <td>54,922,534</td> <td>386,952</td></tr> </tbody></table>
