Unfortunately, Apple A5 chipset powered devices like iPhone 4S and iPad 2, are still in jailbreak limbo.<br />

Even if we do not visit Facebook for a long while it is possible that when we visit back we will see 100's of pending friend requests. We feel lazy to go to the requests page to accept all the friends or even only the friends that we want to like and all other pending or not now.<br />

But now how about staying at the home page just clicking on the friend request icon just besides the Facebook logo top left of the home page and when we see the request we do not need to click <b>"See all friend requests</b>" just scrolling the list down and slide the requests and accept the friends we would like to add. Now Facebook has made it very simple for us by scrolling the friend request and accept it staying at the home page. You do no need to go anywhere or visit any other other page to add the pending friend requests.<br />

<strong>Availability & Demand</strong><br />
First of all, the move by DataWind to start selling Aakash online was  surprising given that the Tablet was originally meant to be sold only  to students while the relatively up scaled version UbiSlate was for the  masses. But the company has clarified that its tie-up with the Indian  government was for supply of 1,00,000 pieces as part of a public  initiative for spreading computer literacy.<br />
Beyond that, DataWind was free to sell the Tablet to anyone on its  own. But it had scheduled for just 30,000 units of the low cost Tablet  as against demand for ten times that number, DataWind spokesperson Kumar  Kundan Sharan told Techcircle.<br />
The company is claiming that it has received more than 1 million  pre-orders for the UbiSlate Tablet which will be available to consumers  by the last week of January, 2012.<br />
Come to think of it, if DataWind sells all those 1 million pieces, it  would instantly become one of the biggest Tablet brands in India with  revenues of over Rs 300 crore to begin with!<br />
Although this is not an apple-to-apple comparison, but Kindle Fire by  Amazon that was positioned as a killer Tablet at a low price first  started shipping on November 14, 2011 and is expected to sell around 5  million pieces in the fourth quarter.<br />
Meanwhile, here’s the bigger news. UbiSlate will be available with  other retailers too. The spokesperson said, “The Aakash Tablet can only  be purchased directly from us, but the UbiSlate Tablet will definitely  be made available to both online and offline retailers across India for  purchase by consumers and we are already in the process of finalising  retailers for the same.”<br />

<strong>Booking the Tablet</strong><br />
A number of readers had sent us feedback that even though they had  pre-ordered the UbiSlate Tablet, they still haven’t received their  booking ids and e-mail confirmations.<br />
The company has now clarified that the site is overloaded at the  moment and hence there could have been a glitch, but the consumers will  get their confirmations soon. “We are also re-designing the site and  since the telephonic enquires have also been pouring in (their toll free  number is busy most of the time), we are finalising a call centre in  Delhi which should be functional by the end of next month,” according to  DataWind spokesperson.<br />
The company is also shipping the Tablets internationally, however at a  marginally higher price that is around $60 (approx Rs 3,200 as against  Rs 2,500 in India. Blame it on the volatile exchange rate).<br />
<strong>Production</strong><br />
Besides using its own production unit, DataWind has also given a sub-contract to Hyderabad based QUAD Electronics  for manufacturing the Tablets in India. The company is also finalising  two or three more production units in the country (most probably in  Noida and Kochi, among other locations) that should be finalised by the  second week of January, 2012.<br />
<strong>Logistics</strong><br />
Another big question is that how is the company handling so many  orders and how will the Tablets actually be delivered to the end  consumer? The company says it has contracted a number of logistics  companies like FedEx for international shipments and First Flight  Couriers for India, among others, who will handle the logistics.<br />
<strong>Future Plans</strong><br />
If you have ever wondered why doesn’t the company charge a bit more  for more power packed and feature laden products, the company has some  good news.<br />
DataWind is also planning to launch new 7 and 10 inch Tablets that  will have capacitive touch instead of resistive touch (as in Aakash and  UbiSlate Tablets), and we can expect them to hit the market as early as  Q2, 2012. These Tablets will definitely cost a little higher but they  will still be cost effective and will provide the users with a Tabbing  experience similar to the one provided by high end Tablets.<br />

Now as Facebook has rolled out its new timeline profile weeks ago. So now everyone will have to use it.<br />

So, lets come to our point that how you will able to deactivate it right ? Facebook has not left any option for you so that you will able to use the old version or switch to the old profile. But using a different kind of trick you can do that. In our later article we have explained how you will able to disable the timeline by deleting the app. But this won't work anymore. A new trick comes out and you can simply use it and use the old Facebook layout. <br />

So, what is the new trick ? apparently Facebook timeline has a problem dealing with old web browsers, and most specific Internet Explorer 7, it means if you are using internet explorer 7 to login to your Facebook you won't see the timeline because you will be switched to old profile. So, if we can find a way to tell Facebook that we are using internet explorer 7 browser agent, automatically without modifying anything in your profile or disable anything, you will have access back again to your classic old profile.<br />

But, how we will able to do that right ? and we also don't like to use old browser as well, because new browsers are secure and with more function. So, we need to stay with our browser the current browser we are using for me Mozilla Firefox, but we have to let Facebook know that we are using Internet Explorer 7.<br />

So, the trick is without using old dated browser we will change our user-agent and able go back to our old profile.<br />
