How to disable Google+ users from e-mailing you

You might didn't notice that you receive unknown emails in your Gmail inbox. You didn't understand that you even don't know any of the email senders but how they are sending you emails without even knowing your Gmail address. Well, Google Plus social network actually allow its users to send email to Circles. So, if you are in someones circle then he will able to send you email easily without even knowing your address.

This function sometimes makes no sense to those user who don't like to read unwanted emails. But by default this function is enable your Gmail for Google+ circles. You can easily disable this feature if you don't want to receive any unwanted emails from Google+ circle.

How To Stop Google Plus Users In Circles From Emailing You

Step 1: Open your Gmail and click on the Gear icon in the top right of your screen and select Settings from the menu.

Step 2: Now from General tab on the Settings Page, look up for Email Via Google+.

Step 3: Then click on the dropdown menu next to "Who can email you via Google+ profile?" Now you have to choose any of the 4 choices : anyone on Google+, Extended Circles, Circles, No One. After you select No One any of your Google+ circles will not able to send you email.

Step 4: Now scroll down till bottom of the page and  simply just click Save Changes.

Now no one from your Google+ circles will able to send you emails to your Gmail Account.
