Effectively, the Horizon app bars (pun intended) your phone from recording vertically and including ugly, disruptive orientation changes anyways.
No matter how ever you just hold your phone, everything you have just shooted with Horizon will look like you shot it while holding the phone horizontally all the time.
There is actually just one problem that comes with the app. The app actually reduces the resolution of your footage a little bit. The iPhone 5S can capture upto 1920x1080 clips with its default camera app, but Horizon makes it little bit different and will convert and take the video to 1080x608 whenever its filming from vertical orientation. But that is actually much batter then the standard definition.
